Shipping & Returns


We ship all of our order using Royal Mail. Choose between FREE Standard Shipping (3-5 days) and Express Shipping (1-2 days) at the cost of £3.99. Please note that this does not include Sundays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be posted first thing on Monday.

We trust that Royal Mail will deliver your order promptly, however this may not always be the case. Please understand that once we have posted your order, the delivery is beyond our control and is down to Royal Mail. Please also be aware that due to the Coronavirus Pandemic we may experience some delays in delivery. Please allow at least 7 working days before contacting us regarding your order. You can contact us at and someone will be in touch within 24 hours.


We hope that you love your lingerie however, we understand that this may not always be the case and here at Poppy Plum Underwear we have worked hard to make sure our returns and exchange process is as easy as possible. 

If you are unhappy with your items and would like to process a return, we ask that you let us know within 14 days of the order date. If you contact us after this 14 day period, unfortunately, we cannot except your return. Returns are accepted provided that the product is in its original condition, with all labels and tags still be attached, with no make up stains, marks, pulls or rips of garments. The return shipping charge of your item has to be paid for by you.

Please note that sale Items, Bottoms (Thongs and Briefs) that are sold on their own (without a top) and Hosiery (stockings, tights, hold ups etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged. Please also note that we cannot accept a return for part of a set, only full set returns or exchanges are available. 

From Friday 1st January 2021 - Please note that all returned items will be provided with an exchange or store credit only, this does not effect your statutory rights.

Please also be aware that Poppy Plum Underwear do reserve the rights to refuse your return or exchange if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition, with all labels and tags still be attached, with no make up stains, marks, pulls or rips of garments. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your return will be processed. We will send you a credit note that you can use on our website.
Please note that you should consider using a trackable shipping service and obtain proof of postage. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Please note that we cannot accept any returns or exchanges from outside the UK.


    We are more than happy for you to exchange your lingerie if it does not fit. Please note that all items must be returned to us in the way that we sent them to you (with all labels and tags still be attached, with no makeup stains, marks, pulls or rips of garments).

    If your chosen exchange is not available, our returns team will be in touch to organise an alternate size, style or colour for you.
